Anyone's who's ever uploaded anything will probably be able to figure out how to upload their stuff on their own, but for those who haven't, read the simple instructions below:

1)  Follow the link in the e-mail I sent you.

2)  Click on the folder which you wish to upload to:  Avatars, Hot Shots, Signatures, or Miscellaneous.  Picture below:

3)  The next screen will look like this (below).  Now click on Upload!

4)  Browse through the files on your computer and upload which file you want.  Click OK to continue to the next screen.

5)  The next screen (shown below) will show the file you just uploaded.  I recommend locking the file by clicking the lock, so no one else can mess with it.

6)  Click on the file and it will take you to your uploaded picture on the internet.  Your picture is now part of the world wide web!
