Let me Clarify the difference in between titles on the GG Ladder...

Tourney Director in Training

Tourney Director is in training for this position, the first 5 games he/she cannot give out ladderbux, and is learning the ropes on how to deal with all the pages and links in order to hold tourneys.  At this level the TD must have a HTD or Admin present to oversee. Everyone must start out at this level if your going to host tourneys.

Tourney Director (TD)

The tourney director is the first level of directing a tourney, and has passed the 5 tourneys of training.  At this level there are some games that cannot be held by this position.

Head Tourney Director (HTD)

Advance position of tourney director.  Most games can be held with this level, thay also teach the new TD's in training.  Still some of the more difficult tourneys are not held by these directors.  Swiss and Team games are very hard to direct and are reserved to those directors that have mastered the directing of the games.

Admin Tourney Director (ADT)

This is the position where all final dicession's are made and is held as being a very good tourney director and has very good people skills in order to deal with any problems that arise.  The only position higher is Head Admin.  Usually there is 4 admin and one head admin.  At this level all games can be held by this TD (but usually some games are held by one or the other that specializes in them). 

If you have a problem in a tourney the chain of command is this:

talk with the TD, usually most TD's can handle the problem

if not satisfied with the talk with the TD you can take it to a HTD

if not satisfied with the HTD's decission, then request them to take it to admin

Admin has the final say on the subject, if it is a problem that effects the whole ladder then a vote may be taken from the whole ladder, ex. rule changes (this usually don't happen, admin is very good about dealing with problems before they happen).
